One history, every way you move

MOOV is designed around one reusable activity history across different forms of movement and adventure — record what you actually do, and let the history build itself.

Communities and events are organized around the four community sports, with more to come:

Three concepts, one system

Activity vs event vs route

Recorded activity

Something you actually completed, recorded with GPS: your route, distance, time, speed and altitude. Activities are private by default and live in your history.

Joined activity / event

An organized group activity with a route, date, time and participants. Check in at the start and finish with location verification to earn achievements — event tracking can even record your GPS automatically.

Saved route

A path that can be saved, discovered, shared or reused — the plan, not the outing. Routes power events and the community catalog.

An Activity is something the user actually completed. A Route is a path that can be saved, discovered, shared, or reused.
