Community Guidelines

MOOV exists so adventurous people can move, explore and experience the world together. These rules keep it that way.

Respect each other

How we treat people

  • •Respect other people — in chats, posts, events and on the road
  • •No harassment of any kind
  • •No hate or discriminatory abuse
  • •No threats or intimidation
  • •No scams, spam, or misleading content
  • •No impersonation — be who you are
  • •Do not expose another person's private location or personal information

Move safely

How we move

  • •Comply with local traffic laws — always
  • •No dangerous challenges or dares
  • •No dangerous riding, driving or racing on public roads
  • •No illegal activity of any kind
  • •Respect private property and access rules
  • •Respect trails and the environment — leave no trace

Play fair

How we compete

Do not manipulate GPS data to cheat rankings, achievements or check-ins — including spoofing, fake activities, impossible statistics and intentional abuse. Honest effort is the whole point of a badge.

Enforcement

What happens when rules are broken

Depending on severity, MOOV may:

  • •Remove content
  • •Remove activities from rankings
  • •Restrict account features
  • •Suspend accounts
  • •Ban accounts

If you see content or behavior that breaks these guidelines, report it — every report is reviewed confidentially.
