Deleting your account
What deletion means, what is removed, and how to request it.
You can wipe your profile records yourself: this permanently removes your name, bio, sport details and preferences, and signs you out. You can also contact support to request full account deletion.
- •Deleted: your profile details, recorded activities, group memberships and event participations that belong to you
- •Possibly retained: minimal records required for security, fraud prevention and legal obligations
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. To start, open Profile, tap Edit, then Account deletion, or contact support and we will walk you through it.
For safety, deletion always requires explicit confirmation — there is no accidental one-click deletion.
