Group subscriptions (Free, PRO & PRO+)

Every MOOV group has its own plan that sets how many members it can hold. Group subscriptions are billed PER GROUP — separate from your personal MOOV+ or Organizer Pro membership — and only the group's owner can purchase or manage the group's plan.

• •Free Group — ฿0/month, up to 50 members (owner and admins included)
• •Group PRO — ฿299/month, up to 500 members
• •Group PRO+ — ฿500/month, up to 5,000 members

How capacity works

The member limit counts every approved member, including the group's owner and administrators. Join requests for approval-based groups don't reserve a seat — capacity is checked again when the request is approved.

• •Existing members are never removed, even when a group is over its plan's limit after a downgrade or expiry
• •New joins are blocked while a group is at or above its limit, and resume automatically once it drops below
• •Group plans never change event capacity limits, which follow the organizer's personal plan (10 / 25 / 99 participants)

Billing, cancellations and downgrades

A group plan is a monthly Stripe subscription tied to the group, not to you personally. If you own several groups, each one carries its own plan. Cancel any time from the group's billing portal — the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the group returns to the Free limit. Existing members are kept; only new joins pause until the group is below 50 again.

What PRO adds

PRO and PRO+ raise the member capacity today. Advanced member management, group analytics and group branding are coming to PRO groups soon — features are only ever marked available once they actually ship.
