How to pause or resume an activity
Pausing stops GPS sampling until you resume.
- 1Tap Pause while recording — your route and stats are kept
- 2Tap Resume to continue the same activity
- 3Pausing does not discard anything, it simply stops the clock and GPS sampling
If you accidentally close MOOV while paused or recording, the session is recoverable — reopen the recorder and choose Resume or Finish and save.
