My account is suspended
Suspension temporarily blocks the app with an end date shown on the notice.
Suspension is a temporary, stronger action for serious or repeated violations. While it lasts, you can't use the app's features and your profile is not available to other members.
- 1Sign in to see the suspension notice
- 2Check the end date — when one is set, your access returns automatically on that date without needing to contact anyone
- 3To appeal, contact support with the email on your account
Nothing is deleted by a suspension: your activities, achievements, groups and event participations are restored exactly as they were when the suspension ends.
If no end date is shown, the suspension is open-ended — contact support to have it reviewed.
